FULL TIME ENGLISH PROGRAM: ELEMENTARY/INTERMEDIATE

Wall Street Education Center's Full Time Elementary/Intermediate Program  is designed for non-native speakers of English to further enhance their listening, speaking, writing and communication skills. The course will utilize the unique Wall Street approach to language learning by providing a mixture of instructor-led classes, learning activities and proactive situational role-plays by students. Both our program and instructors are MOE-registered.

Course Pre-requisites

All applicants aged 14 and above need to apply with Wall Street Education Center and complete an entrance test for a placement in the program.

Main Objectives

The main objective of this course is to increase the students’ usage of vocabulary and tenses. They will learn to express themselves using basic English expressions for dealing with everyday situations such as asking directions and taking down telephone messages.

Course Curriculum

In this course you will:

  • Learn and use everyday English vocabulary

  • Learn basic English grammar, more patterns and tenses are introduced

  • Able to ask and express opinions, make suggestions, offers

  • Develop confidence in speaking and pronunciation

  • Able to identify their own mistakes and correct them

  • Become better at understanding English spoken by native speakers

  • Become more confident in using English in basic everyday use

Teaching Methodology

A wide variety of media including video tapes, television, magazines, personal computer, and newspaper articles, will be used for instructional purposes. Students will also participate in role play situations to learn vocabulary and grammar in different contexts.

Certification

Upon completion of the course, students will receive an internationally recognized Wall Street Institute Certificate of English proficiency that is accepted by over 1,500 companies around the world.
