Dear Students at Wall Street Education
Center: WSEC introduced on September 9, 2004, the Consumer Association of Singapore (CASE) - endorsed Student Protection Scheme. We have opted for the Student Tuition Fee (Escrow) in which applicants and student's paid fees are protected in accordance with CASE-recommended Student Contract, HSBC Bank and the WSEC Refund Policy. We have also declared policy to sign the Standard Student Contract with the student or legal guardian prior to enrolment. WSEC is also committed to adhere with full integrity the announced WSEC Refund Policy that is communicated in its brochures, letter or acceptance and website amongst others. We have three MOE-approved instructors dedicated to our full-time program. We have a 7:1 student-teacher ratio across two dedicated classrooms for morning and afternoon sessions to accommodate our students. In addition, there are two internet kiosks, a student lounge, a pantry for all our students refreshments and a mini library. We can accommodate up to 100 students in our school. At WSEC, our vision to become the undisputed market leader in the Asia Pacific region starts with helping our students build confidence and succeed in a personal and professional capacity. We groom our students for success in life and at work. As a team, we buy into the following three principles: Fairness - We believe in treating each other, whether colleagues or students, in a fair and professional manner. Accountability - We believe that we must stand up and take responsibility for our individual actions. We own both our successes and failures. Honesty - We believe in saying what we mean and meaning what we say. We believe in building a supportive and dynamic organization run by proactive individuals. We build our team around successful people for we believe that success breeds success. We believe in being on the winning team and that the sum of the parts is greater than the whole. Students' feedback on service and course matters is important to help WSEC improve and help students achieve their objectives. We accept feedback as stepping stones as we embark on our journey to excellence. For information on how our feedback and grievance mechanism work, please click here.
